Struggling with PMOS, endometriosis or painful periods? Let's find the real cause.
I’m Anna, a registered nutritional therapist in Bristol specialising in women’s hormone health. My own health fell apart before it got better, and that’s the reason I do this work.

“My heavy periods are now manageable, my bloating has gone, and my PMS has virtually disappeared. After years of low mood and anger every month, I finally feel in control of my hormones.”
"I finally stopped losing half my month to my cycle."

Your body is telling you something. Let's listen.
Worsening symptoms, more pain each month, heavier bleeding, mood swings you can’t explain. Acne that won’t clear, energy that crashes before your period, cycles that are unpredictable or missing altogether.
Most of the women I work with have been dismissed by their GP or told their results are normal. But your symptoms tell a very different story. These are the patterns I work with every week.
- PMOS (formerly PCOS)
- Endometriosis
- Painful or heavy periods
- PMS or PMDD
- Hormonal acne and skin issues
- Irregular or missing periods
- Bloating and digestive problems linked to hormones
- Low energy and fatigue
You've overhauled your diet, cut out sugar, tried the supplements — and you're still not okay.
Around 80% of the women I work with already eat fairly well and have tried fixing things on their own long before they find me. With PMOS and endometriosis especially, the frustration is the same: despite doing all the right things, the pain, irregular cycles, acne, fatigue and bloating haven’t shifted. That’s where I come in — digging into why those symptoms are actually happening and what your body specifically needs.

I know what it's like, because I've been there.
Years ago I struggled with heavy painful periods, chronic fatigue and constant illness. Painkillers and antibiotics never addressed the root cause. Then I saw a nutritional therapist, and within months, my periods became lighter and pain-free, I stopped getting ill, and my energy came back.
That transformation inspired three years of training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a career helping women reclaim their health through nutrition.
I’m registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and the GNC (General Naturopathic Council), and I’m on a mission to show you that your symptoms aren’t something you just have to live with.
