"I finally stopped losing half my month to my cycle."

PMOS symptoms gone in 6 months

I suspected PMOS and suffered from irregular periods, hirsutism, low mood, acne, tender breasts, constant tiredness and bloating. 6–7 months later my symptoms have pretty much gone.

Your body is telling you something. Let's listen.

Worsening symptoms, more pain each month, heavier bleeding, mood swings you can’t explain. Acne that won’t clear, energy that crashes before your period, cycles that are unpredictable or missing altogether.

Most of the women I work with have been dismissed by their GP or told their results are normal. But your symptoms tell a very different story. These are the patterns I work with every week.

  • PMOS (formerly PCOS)
  • Endometriosis
  • Painful or heavy periods
  • PMS or PMDD
  • Hormonal acne and skin issues
  • Irregular or missing periods
  • Bloating and digestive problems linked to hormones
  • Low energy and fatigue
How we work together
Already tried "all the right things"?

You've overhauled your diet, cut out sugar, tried the supplements — and you're still not okay.

Around 80% of the women I work with already eat fairly well and have tried fixing things on their own long before they find me. With PMOS and endometriosis especially, the frustration is the same: despite doing all the right things, the pain, irregular cycles, acne, fatigue and bloating haven’t shifted. That’s where I come in — digging into why those symptoms are actually happening and what your body specifically needs.

What sets this apart

Functional testing, when it matters

Where appropriate, I use advanced tests — like the DUTCH hormone panel (a detailed urine test showing how you're really making and metabolising oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone and cortisol) and comprehensive stool testing for gut health, inflammation and the oestrobolome — to get a clear picture of what's happening beneath the surface, rather than guessing.

Nuanced nutrition & targeted support

Diet still matters, but "eating healthy" is rarely specific enough. You might not be getting enough protein, fibre or the exact nutrients your hormone pattern needs. I pair tailored nutrition and lifestyle changes with targeted supplements where useful, so we're supporting your body strategically, not throwing things at the wall.

About Anna

I know what it's like, because I've been there.

Years ago I struggled with heavy painful periods, chronic fatigue and constant illness. Painkillers and antibiotics never addressed the root cause. Then I saw a nutritional therapist, and within months, my periods became lighter and pain-free, I stopped getting ill, and my energy came back.

That transformation inspired three years of training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a career helping women reclaim their health through nutrition.

I’m registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and the GNC (General Naturopathic Council), and I’m on a mission to show you that your symptoms aren’t something you just have to live with.

Your questions

Everything you might be wondering

What actually happens on the free hormone review call?

It's a focused 30-minute video call. We talk through your symptoms, history and what you've already tried, and I'll share how a root-cause nutrition approach could help. No sales pressure, if I'm not the right fit, I'll point you in a better direction.

Do I need to stop supplements before testing?

Foundations (3 months, 2 follow-up) £1,120 · £373 per session
Restore (6 months, 5 follow-ups) £1,895 · £307 per session
Transform (12 months, 11 follow-ups) £3,280 · £273 per session

Monthly instalments are available, or 10% off if you pay in full. We'll decide together which is right for you.

Can nutritional therapy really help with PMOS or endometriosis?

Yes, both are core specialisms of mine. By focusing on blood sugar balance, inflammation, gut health and key nutrients, most clients see real improvements in cycles, energy, skin and pain levels within 8–12 weeks.

Will I have to follow a restrictive diet?

No. Restrictive diets don't last. I focus on adding foods that support your hormones and making small, sustainable changes. Social events, wine and cake still fit.

Are online consultations as effective as in person?

Yes, often more so. You're in your own environment, it fits around work and family, and you get the same personalised plan and ongoing support, wherever you are in the UK.

I've tried everything. How is this different?

Personalised, root-cause focused, sustainable, and with ongoing support between sessions. If you've been told "your tests are normal" but still feel awful, your symptoms are real, and there are answers.
