Does this sound familiar?
Your periods are all over the place, you feel constantly wiped out, your emotions are up and down like a yo yo and your anxiety is through the roof. I get it, I’ve been there myself, but it doesn’t need to be this way.
I’ve put together a free guide to help give you some top tips to help support your hormones and feel more nourished and balanced.

You’re in the right place if you’re experiencing:
- Painful and heavy periods
- Very light and short periods
- Irregular periods
- Missing periods
- Digestive problems
- Hair loss
- Brain fog
- Mood swings and anxiety
- Weight gain
“I visited Anna for help with peri-menopause symptoms and mood swings, hoping for someone to talk to and understand my symptoms. Anna provided so much more than that. After following her helpful personalised advice and guidance my hot flushes stopped and I was back in control of my moods. I was so pleased that I asked her advice with my long term IBS symptoms and again experienced more improvement than I could have hoped for. Anna has always been helpful and friendly and has also given our family tailored food recipes to help cater for all our different needs.”
Hi, I’m Anna, a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in women’s health.
My journey into nutrition began in my early thirties when I started to experience hormonal imbalances, chronic infections and colds. I was given countless antibiotics and pain medications, but they didn’t get to the bottom of why I was feeling like this and my health issues continued.
By optimising my nutrition and changing my lifestyle I was able to balance my hormones, regain my energy, and start feeling myself again.
I’m now on a mission to help other women find their way back to optimal health.
