About Anna

The nutritional therapist who's been exactly where you are.

I’m Anna, a registered nutritional therapist in Bristol specialising in women’s hormone health. My own health fell apart before it got better, and that’s the reason I do this work.

My Story

Why I do this work

In my twenties, my health fell apart. Headaches, exhausting fatigue, heavy periods that left me completely drained, and colds and tonsillitis that never seemed to fully clear.

Antibiotics and painkillers treated the symptoms. They never touched the cause. By the time I finally saw a nutritionist, I was at breaking point.

"Within a few months, my periods were lighter and pain-free, the constant illness stopped, and my energy came back. I couldn't believe how simple it had been."

That’s when I became fascinated with the impact food has on the body. It’s why I trained as a nutritional therapist, and why I now help other women find their way back to feeling like themselves.
