Painful, heavy or irregular periods?
Let's find out why.
Told your bloods are “normal”, but you still struggle with difficult cycles, PMS, fatigue, bloating and mood swings? You’re not imagining it. I’ll find the real hormonal cause and build a nutrition plan that finally works.

"I finally stopped losing half my month to my cycle."
Read more storiesYour body is telling you something. Let's listen.
Worsening symptoms, more pain each month, heavier bleeding, mood swings you can’t explain. Acne that won’t clear, energy that crashes before your period, cycles that are unpredictable or missing altogether.
Most of the women I work with have been dismissed by their GP or told their results are normal. But your symptoms tell a very different story. These are the patterns I work with every week.
I specialise in:
- PMOS (formerly PCOS)
- Endometriosis
- Painful or heavy periods
- PMS or PMDD
- Hormonal acne and skin issues
- Irregular or missing periods
- Bloating and digestive problems linked to hormones
- Low energy and fatigue
You've cleaned up your diet, cut the sugar, started yoga, and you're still not okay.
Around 70% of the women I work with already eat fairly well and have tried fixing their diet and lifestyle long before they find me. The frustration is the same: despite doing “all the right things”, the PMS, painful periods, fatigue, acne, bloating, irregular cycles or fertility struggles haven’t gone away.
That’s where I come in, digging deeper into why those symptoms are actually happening.
Functional testing, when it matters
Nutrition that's nuanced, plus targeted support
Happy to just have a chat, on your free hormone review I can start giving you ideas about what the next steps could actually look like.
Why work with a naturopathic nutritionist?
Most women suffer from some sort of hormonal imbalance, but this doesn’t need to be the case. By changing the way you eat and live you can balance your hormones and transform your health for good.
Root cause approach
Personalised plans
Evidence-based
Ongoing support
My in-depth process looks at everything from your diet to your lifestyle, because your body systems are connected: when one is out of balance, it has a knock-on effect on the others.

I know what it's like, because I've been there.
Years ago I struggled with heavy painful periods, chronic fatigue and constant illness. Painkillers and antibiotics never addressed the root cause. Then I saw a nutritional therapist, and within months, my periods became lighter and pain-free, I stopped getting ill, and my energy came back.
That transformation inspired three years of training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a career helping women reclaim their health through nutrition.
I’m registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and the GNC (General Naturopathic Council), and I’m on a mission to show you that your symptoms aren’t something you just have to live with.

What actually happens on the free hormone review call?
It’s a focused 30-minute video call. We talk through your symptoms, history and what you’ve already tried, and I’ll share how a root-cause nutrition approach could help. No sales pressure, if I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you in a better direction.
What does it cost to work with you?
Foundations (3 months, 2 follow-up) £1,120 · £373 per session
Restore (6 months, 5 follow-ups) £1,895 · £307 per session
Transform (12 months, 11 follow-ups) £3,280 · £273 per sessionMonthly instalments are available, or 10% off if you pay in full. We’ll decide together which is right for you.
Can nutritional therapy really help with PMOS or endometriosis?
Yes, both are core specialisms of mine. By focusing on blood sugar balance, inflammation, gut health and key nutrients, most clients see real improvements in cycles, energy, skin and pain levels within 8–12 weeks.
Will I have to follow a restrictive diet?
No. Restrictive diets don’t last. I focus on adding foods that support your hormones and making small, sustainable changes. Social events, wine and cake still fit.
Are online consultations as effective as in person?
Yes, often more so. You’re in your own environment, it fits around work and family, and you get the same personalised plan and ongoing support, wherever you are in the UK.
I've tried everything. How is this different?
Personalised, root-cause focused, sustainable, and with ongoing support between sessions. If you’ve been told “your tests are normal” but still feel awful, your symptoms are real, and there are answers.
