Your body is telling you something. Let's listen.

Worsening symptoms, more pain each month, heavier bleeding, mood swings you can’t explain. Acne that won’t clear, energy that crashes before your period, cycles that are unpredictable or missing altogether.

Most of the women I work with have been dismissed by their GP or told their results are normal. But your symptoms tell a very different story. These are the patterns I work with every week.

  • PMOS (formerly PCOS)
  • Endometriosis
  • Painful or heavy periods
  • PMS or PMDD
  • Hormonal acne and skin issues
  • Irregular or missing periods
  • Bloating and digestive problems linked to hormones
  • Low energy and fatigue
How we work together

Why Work With A Naturopathic Nutritionist?

Most women suffer from some sort of hormonal imbalance, but this doesn’t need to be the case. By changing the way you eat and live you can balance your hormones and transform your health for good.

01

Root Cause Approach

I don't just mask symptoms. We identify why your hormones are out of balance.
02

Personalised Plans

No generic meal plans. Everything is tailored to your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
03

Evidence-Based

I combine peer-reviewed nutritional science with functional testing to create evidence-based plans that actually work.
04

Ongoing Support

You're not alone. I provide guidance, accountability, and adjustments as your body changes.

My in-depth process includes looking at everything from your diet to lifestyle. This is because our body systems are connected and if one is out of balance it has a knock on effect to other areas.

About Me

I know what it's like, because I've been there.

Years ago I struggled with heavy painful periods, chronic fatigue and constant illness. Painkillers and antibiotics never addressed the root cause. Then I saw a nutritional therapist, and within months, my periods became lighter and pain-free, I stopped getting ill, and my energy came back.

That transformation inspired three years of training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a career helping women reclaim their health through nutrition.

I’m registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and the GNC (General Naturopathic Council), and I’m on a mission to show you that your symptoms aren’t something you just have to live with.

Common questions

FAQs

What's the difference between a nutritional therapist and a dietitian?

Dietitians typically work within the NHS focusing on managing diagnosed conditions through dietary guidelines. As a Nutritional Therapist, I take a functional, root-cause approach—looking at how your entire body system works together, from gut health to hormone balance to stress levels. I identify nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and create personalised plans using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation. I'm registered with the ANP and GNC, meeting rigorous professional standards.

Are online consultations as effective as seeing someone in person?

Yes — and for many women, they’re actually more effective.

All consultations are carried out via video call, where we go through your symptoms, health history, and goals in detail. You’ll receive the same level of personalised support as you would in person, including tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

What happens in the free Hormone review?

It's a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute conversation where we discuss your main health concerns and goals. By the end, you'll know whether nutritional therapy can help your specific concerns, what working together looks like, and have answers to your questions. No obligation to book anything—it's just a chance to see if we're a good fit.

Can nutritional therapy help with PCOS?

Absolutely. PCOS is one of my specialisms. By focusing on blood sugar balance, reducing inflammation, supporting gut health, and optimising key nutrients, we can help reduce symptoms like irregular periods, weight gain, acne, and fertility challenges. Every woman's PCOS is different, so I create personalised plans based on your unique symptoms. Many clients see improvements in cycles, energy, and skin within 8-12 weeks.

I have endometriosis, can you help?

Yes. While nutritional therapy can't cure endometriosis, it can help manage pain, inflammation, and symptoms. I focus on reducing inflammation, supporting oestrogen metabolism, healing the gut, and boosting energy. I can also work alongside your medical team - nutritional therapy complements treatments you're already receiving. My goal is to help you feel more in control and improve your quality of life.

How quickly will I see results?

This varies from person to person and depends on factors such as your starting point, how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, and how consistently you’re able to follow the plan.

Progress isn’t always linear, and deeper, more sustainable change takes time. I’ll check in with you regularly, monitor how things are evolving, and adjust your plan as needed to make sure it remains realistic, supportive, and effective for you.

A focused 30-minute call to help you make sense of your symptoms and what may be driving them.

Whether you’re struggling with painful or heavy periods, PMS, irregular cycles, fatigue, bloating or hormonal acne, this is a chance to talk through what’s been going on and to see whether a root-cause approach could help.
Together we’ll explore what may be contributing to your symptoms, how I’d typically approach supporting them, and whether nutritional therapy feels like the right fit for you.
There’s no obligation to work together afterwards. My priority is helping you decide whether I’m the right person to support you and, if not, I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

Once booked, please accept the calendar invite sent by email, otherwise your appointment won’t be confirmed.
